Meditation & Mindfulness

Our therapists are experienced meditators and teach several different types of meditation. Some of these are Instinctive Meditation, Mindful Meditation, Active Meditation and Concentrative Meditation.

Psychedelic- Assisted Therapy

Currently in the state of Texas, the only psychedelic considered approved for therapeutic/medical use is ketamine.

Joanna Trevino, LPC-S is currently trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy. She offers ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions, as well as integration and harm reduction sessions for all psychedelics.

Breath Work 

Our team of therapists weave breath work into their own personal practices as well as into therapeutic work with clients. Breathwork sessions can be standalone or integrated into talk therapy. There are many different types of breathwork therapy. Learning a diverse repertoire of breathing techniques is helpful in becoming more present and mindful; learning about yourself; with self-regulation; with grounding and resourcing to be more present in life; eliminate/lessen response to trauma triggers; increase distress tolerance.

Hypnotherapy

We have certified, trained hypnotherapists on our team. Hypnotherapy can be used to treat many issues such as anxiety, stress, self-esteem, phobias, panic attacks, performance, and weight loss. It can also be used to retrain the central nervous system into a state of deeper calmness and relaxation.

Ayurvedic Health Coaching

 Ayurvedic medicine is a medical system from India that has been used for thousands of years. The goal is to cleanse the body and to restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit. It uses diet, herbal medicines, exercise, meditation, breathing, physical therapy, and other methods.

Reiki, a form of Energy Work, is a Japanese complementary healing modality. Energy work are therapeutic methods of teaching you about and working with your own bioenergy. Both can be seamlessly integrated into your talk therapy experience or experienced as stand alone sessions.
